Who's Allowed to Do What

What is safe to try myself before you arrive?

Turning off the isolation valve or the water meter is generally safe and can reduce damage from a leak or burst. Leave gas issues entirely alone. If you're unsure, (02) 9062 4032 gets you talked through it safely.

Can I check your plumbing licence?

Yes, any time. It's NSW Plumbing Licence #275278C, and asking to see it before work starts is completely reasonable.

Are you licensed and insured?

Both, on every job. Licensed under #275278C and covered by public liability insurance the whole time we're working at your place.

What does the Lifetime Labour Warranty cover?

Specifically, the labour on every job we complete. If it's not right, we come back. No questions. No cost. There's no fine print attached to that.

How Fast, How Late, How Booked

Are you really open 24/7?

Genuinely, yes, not just on the website. Ring at 3am and a licensed plumber answers, not a recorded message.

How does the callback form work?

Leave your number and a quick description of what's wrong, and a plumber rings you back promptly, day or night. It suits anyone who can't talk right that second.

How fast can you get here?

We move on it straight away and aim to be on-site fast. Exactly how fast depends on your street and how busy the roster already is, but you'll get a straight answer on the call, not a vague promise.

What happens after I call?

You describe the issue, we get someone heading your way, and on arrival the price gets agreed before any tools come out.

Lane Cove Knowledge

What does heavy rain do to Lane Cove's plumbing?

Lane Cove falls away from the ridgeline village down toward the river and its bays, and a heavy downpour follows that same path fast. Older stormwater lines on the steeper streets can surcharge when the hard-surfaced catchment sends everything downhill at once.

Do tree roots really block drains around Lane Cove?

Constantly, especially near the bushland reserves along the river. Mature trees push roots straight through the seams of older clay sewer pipes, and once they're established, the blockage only worsens until it's professionally cleared.

Do you work on Lane Cove's apartments and strata blocks?

Regularly. Flats have been part of Lane Cove since the early 1960s, and by the late 1970s nearly 200 blocks lined the main roads, many clustered around Market Square and the Plaza. A burst flexi-hose in one unit floods the one below fast, and strata jobs get the same fixed price and clear communication with the owner or manager as any house.

Which suburbs do you service?

Lane Cove's home turf, and coverage extends to Artarmon, Chatswood, Naremburn, St Leonards and Willoughby as well. Call (02) 9062 4032 if you're anywhere nearby.

Money, Fixed Prices and the $0 Call Out Fee

Do you charge a call-out fee?

There isn't one. It's $0 to have a licensed plumber assess the job, whatever you decide afterward.

That's the deal on every visit, not a special offer.

Do nights, weekends or public holidays cost extra?

Not a cent extra. The price we quote is the price you pay, whatever the clock says when you ring.

A midnight callout gets priced the same as a Tuesday morning one.

Do prices change once the job starts?

No. What gets approved before we start is what's on the invoice at the end.

If something unexpected turns up mid-job, we pause and talk to you about it first, never after.

How can I pay?

You can pay by the usual methods once the job's done, and the amount matches exactly what was agreed before work began.

Nothing gets added to that figure afterward.
